One of our favorite sports cars has been updated as Nissan unveiled the new 2017 GT-R at the New York International Auto Show today. Nissan’s supercar sports new features inside and out, with the addition of Nissan’s new “V-motion” front grille being the most notable change as the GT-R gets an update to Nissan’s latest design language. The V-motion grille has been a nice improvement to Nissan’s lineup, and it looks great on the GT-R as it has been enlarged for better engine cooling.
Yes, the 2+2 GT-R looks great. It has a severely sloping roof, huge quad exhaust pipes, four LED headlights, matching four-ringed taillights and a fixed wing on the trunk; muscular wheel wells and aero blades on the fenders’ edges provides optimum airflow around the tires and along the body.
As slick as this car looks, however, the sheet metal covers up the fact that GT-R this is a supercar. For the uninitiated, that means the GT-R’s top speed is in the 200 mph category.
And its nitrogen-filled, high-performance run flat 20-inch tires suggest that the Nissan GT-R can achieve its top speed of 196 mph. The 3.8-liter dual turbocharged V6 engine generates 545 horsepower and 463 foot-pounds of torque. The dual clutch six-speed automatic transmission shifts gears at warp speed.
Acura unveiled an updated version of their NSX Concept at the Detroit Auto Show that they first showed off last year. As you can see from the photo above, this supercar is going to get some serious attention when it goes into production for 2014. See more photos of this gorgeous vehicle here, and you can read about the interior features added to the NSX Concept 2.0 here.

Ever since we profiled the new Lamborghini Aventador when it was introduced last year, we’ve been looking forward to the opportunity to photograph this incredible supercar. Thanks to Jose Morazan and Lamborghini Palm Beach, we had the opportunity to shoot a white 2012 Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 in an ideal setting in an airplane hangar with a Gulfstream G4 in the background. Bullz-Eye.com Senior Photographer Paul Miller was able to produce some amazing photos as you can see in the slideshow above, highlighting the fighter jet styling of Lamborghini’s successor to the Murcielago.
Heralded by the automotive press as the near second coming itself, this uber-exotic from the marquee that invented the term “supercar” once again delivers spot on. The Aventador boasts neck snapping 700 horsepower to all four wheels and hits 0-60 mph in under 3 seconds! It features world class suspension and body design dynamics, with moving carbon fiber air intakes and spoilers, all activated via on-board processors that analyze speed, road conditions and braking parameters within the driver-requested handling/performance program.
As you can see from the photos, the design of the Aventador is another leap forward for Lamborghini while also finding inspiration from the legendary Miura. It’s a stunning achievement for Lamborghini, as the Aventador is beautiful from every angle.
We had the unique opportunity to photograph the Aventador in a private hangar in West Palm Beach courtesy of IGT Enterprises with the charter company’s Gulfstream G4 in the background. IGT Enterprises President Tomas Bueno helped is position the G4 in the perfect spot to capture the best photos and perfectly compliment the Aventador. Lamborghini Palm Beach also supplied a black 2011 Gallardo 550-2 that Paul positioned in the background to compliment the shoot.
Finally, we had our new Featured Model, Katelin Dane, on hand to add the final touch. As you can see from the photo below and many of the photos in the slideshow above, there’s nothing like a beautiful women to compliment a design marvel like the new Aventador.
Special thanks is in order for our friends who helped make this shoot possible. Jose Morazan, General Manager at Lamborghini Palm Beach was kind enough to bring out the Aventador after inviting us to attend the drive event we featured last week. Lamborghini Palm Beach is the ultimate resource for anyone looking for new Lambos or used exotic cars! Contact Jose and he will take care of you.
Tomas Bueno was the ideal host as he opened up his airplane hangar and helped create the perfect setting. IGT Enterprises has the G4 pictured here along with other aircraft for the ultimate luxury experience for anyone looking to charter private jets. IGT Enterprises was formed by aviation professionals for the purpose of providing a higher level of service to the business aviation community, specifically to owner, operators, and users of business class aircraft. Finally, we’d like to thank Byron Douglas and Trent Martinez from Exotic Composites for helping us coordinate this shoot. Look for upcoming stories on Bullz-Eye featuring the high-end products they offer for exotic cars like Lamborghini.
Enjoy the photos!

“This will be our best run yet!” Brett David announced, and he was right. An impressive collection of the most exotic supercars ever assembled in Miami were idling in front of him. With the support of the Miami Police Department, and with the most remarkable turnout to date, Brent and staff knew the event was a huge success. On October 15th, Lamborghini Miami, the largest and most prestigious Lamborghini dealership in the USA, hosted the Key Largo Supercar Run Weekend. Bullz-Eye was invited to cover the event on a lovely fall day in North Miami Beach. This event was primarily created to support the Ride 2 Revive Foundation.
This charitable foundation, the brain storm of dealership owner Brent David and benefiting terminally ill children with cancer and different diseases, was instantly well received by all in attendance, and the donations poured in that day. This “supercar run” went from the expansive dealership at 14790 N. Biscayne Blvd., N. in Miami Beach to the trendy and contemporary Ocean Reef Yacht Club off of Key Largo. This Yacht basin was the perfect venue for this supercar run destination, and the buffet and cocktail hospitality services upon arrival made for a remarkable day.
This supercar run had an incredible flagship vehicle, and that’s a true understatement. The 2012 Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4, was THE supercar of the event, and piloted by Brett himself. Bullz-Eye previewed the new Aventador earlier this year. As one of the most powerful stock production sport cars in the world ever produced, this car is completely outrageous. 700 hp with a top speed of over 214 mph is just a start for this flat black “stealth bomber” of a Lambo. In the slideshow above and in character is Lambo repair specialist Johnny of JCM performance. The event was Halloween costume optional, and he fit the “Joker” to the T! Look for his upcoming reality show “South Florida Toys” soon on nationwide broadcast.
One of the most impressive features and activities was the departure “event,” when 68 of the most high performance vehicles on earth blasted out of the Miami Lamborghini Dealership south on Biscayne Blvd. Like last year, this Miami artery was fully blocked by the Miami Police Department, and off they went in hazy cloud of burning rubber and brute horsepower displays! Wow! I’ve seen a lot on the road over the years but $30 million worth of sports car rock n roll on the public roads impressed even me!.
Lest you think they went all the way to Key Largo at 165 mph+, this was definitely not the case. It was 163 mph! Sorry, just kidding. The unofficial pace car rate for this entourage to Key Largo was not official publicized, but when you have the City Of Miami Police as your escort, 55 mph was not a mandate! Needless to say, this happy and safe Fun Run allowed exotic car owners of all types an afternoon to enjoy their cars, the open road and all to benefit a great cause - The Ride 2 Revive Foundation!
