Kate Upton is everywhere these days, so we weren’t too surprised that SI picked her for their swimsuit issue cover . . . again. Of course that cover image she’s holding up is pretty impressive.

Katherine Webb also leveraged her instant fame bestowed on her by a drooling Brent Musberger during the Alabama National Championship throttling of Notre Dame to get included in this issue as well. Of course she’s also gorgeous and fits in perfectly!

Other models on the red carpet were Cintia Dicker, Jessica Gomes, Julie Henderson, Ariel Meredith, Genevieve Morton, Jessica Perez, Chrissy Teigen, Anne V, Adaora and Nina Agdal as they celebrated the 50th edition of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue at Marquee Nightclub, with many of them wearing Forevermark Diamonds to the event. The new comedy, “A Good Old Fashioned Orgy,” celebrated its premiere Thursday night at the Lexington Social House in Hollywood with a Maxim party for all cast and guests. Star and Maxim cover girl Lake Bell arrived in a killer Cushnie Et Ochs black dress paired with Salvatore Ferragamo shoes. Bell went straight to take photos with the giant magazine cover of herself. Also joining her at the event were co-stars Will Forte, Angela Sarafyan, Lindsay Sloane and more.

“Dancing with the Stars” performer Karina Smirnoff joined the party straight from the movie premiere in a floor-length Cynthia Vincent pleaded creme dress — perfect attire for Lexington Social House’s most desired outside patio. The Maxim girls carried an oversized Sobieski bottle and posed for photos with partygoers. Guests enjoyed Sobieski cocktails all night long with movie-themed drinks including The Good Old Fashioned, Ring My Bell and Dirty Martinis.

Fans of “Friday Night Lights” have known about Minka Kelly for years, but we think she has what it takes to become a household name. I noticed her recently while watching “500 Days of Summer” on cable. Minka grabbed my attention with her beautiful eyes and killer smile even though she had a very minor part at the end of the film. I was also pleasantly surprised last night when Minka appeared on “Entourage” in a brief cameo as herself as Vince tries to hit on her at Eminem’s private party.

UPDATE: Since our original post, Minka Kelly landed one of the starring roles on “Charlie’s Angel’s.” We’ve updated our slideshow to add some photos from that series, and we have some pics from “Friday Night Lights” and “The Roommate.”

The sexy Anne McDaniels makes an appearance on the red carpet at the Comcast Entertainment Group TCA Cocktail Party held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. We got some beautiful photos of Anne in New York back in 2004 when she did a Featured Model shoot for Bullz-Eye. Anne is now an actress in LA and she’s working on various film and TV projects. Meanwhile, our TV man, Will Harris, is in LA covering the TCA tour and providing all sorts of updates on the upcoming TV season.
