Watch Lexus’ first-ever Super Bowl commercial, introducing the all-new 2013 GS and a glimpse of what Lexus has in store for 2012. The 30-second commercial features the 2013 GS as it breaks free from containment, illustrating the company’s move in a new design direction for the brand. The spot also hints at the additional new vehicles Lexus will unveil later in the year, which are waiting in the wings for their turn to burst onto the scene.
“The all-new Lexus GS is showcased in this ad because it’s the first model to feature the new look of Lexus and it’s also the first of nine new or updated models we’ll launch this year,” said Brian Smith, Lexus vice president of marketing. “This spot looks very different than anything Lexus has done before and demonstrates to the 50-million-strong Super Bowl audience that 2012 will be a breakthrough year for Lexus.”

Shaving has come a long way and it has gone even farther now with the new Schick Hydro Power Select Razor, which is the world’s first custom power wet shave razor! Bullz-Eye tested this new shaving system from Schick and came away impressed with a super close shave.
According to Schick, this custom power razor allows men to tailor their shave to power up and customize their morning grooming routine like never before. With 25 electronic parts, an interactive LED display on the handle, and blade cartridge technology featuring the Schick Hydro system that hydrates throughout each shave, the Schick Hydro Power Select allows men to interact with their razor in a brand new way. And from what we experienced, Schick is right on the money. With a switch, I was able to choose from three settings on a one-touch control button that allows users to adjust before or during a shave to see what works best for them. The easy to read LED screen communicates visually to clearly distinguish which vibration level is in use so you know exactly what fits your shaving needs.
Adding to the elements of the Schick Hydro Power Select is a unique water-activated hydrating gel reservoir and five Ultraglide blades with skindguards with flip trimmer for precision trimming. This cutting edge shaving technology is neatly packaged into a sleek design with an ergonomic handle that rounds out a strong new product for men today. The competition is tough out there in the men’s shaving world, but that’s part of the reason why we can purchase new and innovative products like the Schick Hydro Power Select; and my day starts out a little better now because of my superb shave! We were present at the second day of the North American Auto Show for the Buick Press Conference where the event started with Buick VP Mary Barra speaking about the Buick comeback that started with the Enclave launch five years ago. The Buick Achievers Scholarship program has the Buick brand more involved than ever at college campuses throughout the U.S. The crowd was then introduced to the stylish 2013 Buick Encore, which is a graceful five-passenger compact luxury crossover that features the first use of QuietTuning active noise cancellation technology in any Buick automobile.
Buick is really targeting folks with an active lifestyle that also want a contemporary package with a smooth and quiet ride. The Encore interior rivals much more expensive competitors and a flat load floor for various storage options. With OnStar, all-wheel drive and intellink, the 2013 Buick Encore is going to be safe and forward-looking in regards to driver safety. It’s clear that Buick is attracting younger and progressive buyers with the Regal and Verano, so when you add the Encore into the Buick family, we anticipate sales to continue upwards in the coming years.

GM unveiled the 2013 Sonic RS with a lower and stiffer suspension, 4-wheel disc brakes and chrome tips. Also included are 17 inch wheels and a new front facia for a tough-looking interior. Additionally, the Sonic RS features a 138-horsepower (103 kW) Ecotec 1.4L turbo engine — the only vehicle in its segment to offer a turbocharged powertrain.
The Sonic RS has a great look and should add more sales to the Chevy brand. We’re very impressed in the way Chevy is targeting a younger audience with cutting edge designs at competitive prices. It will be released to the public in summer-fall 2012.
