Both season 3′s of both shows were great is just Community was more daring and consistently funny. Modern Family I feel gets a free pass because we all love it so much its kinda like that \This Restaurant was amazing the first time i came, but now its great but just not the same.\ type of deal.

It’s one of the best shows on TV now. There’s nothing on the list from USA network. White Collar is also better then many shows on the list.
