I ordered direct from SLAPPA and called immidiately upon opening the shipped box and discovering about 12:00pm pst, left a voicemail on the system that i would receive a callback within 24 hours.. that was a week ago.. emailed product support and replacements to no avail… left feedback explaining the issue= they do not allow any feedback that is not positive and will refuse to display it on their website.. you decide if you want to deal with this company. looks good though ha
