		<description><![CDATA[Another great reason to watch &quot;It&#039;s Pat&quot; is the fantastic and believably creepy part played by Charles Rocket, who steals every scene he is in as the obsessive neighbor.  There is no telling how the writers believed stretching out one of the flimsiest sight gags of the twentieth century into an hour and a half long film could ever work, and strangely enough, it didn&#039;t.]]></description>
